About me​

My name is Brittany Stoyewski and I am the owner and operator of Cookie Creations by Brittany, a home based cottage food bakery located in the New Orleans metro area. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I have always had a love for baking since a young age. I didn't decide to venture into cookies until December 2017, after watching Food Networks "Christmas Cookie Challenge". I had no idea about baking cookies from scratch or what royal icing was, but I was amazed by what they could do with cookies, so I decided to attempt to make some for myself. I spent hours trying different recipes and watching countless videos on tips and tricks for decorating cookies and fell in love with it. After posting on my social media and receiving a lot of inquiries about whether I was selling cookies, I decided to take the plunge and go all in and by the end of January 2018 I had more orders than I could have ever imagined. My little business has grown quickly and I am still learning as I go, but I couldn't have done it without the love and support of my family and my amazing customers.
